Helpful Tips for Logging into AllstateFlood

When logging into AllstateFlood:

  • If you try to log into AllstateFlood through Agency Gateway and are unsuccessful, don't try more than once.
  • For the second attempt, open Internet Explorer and try to log in.
  • If you get the password error a second time click the "I Forgot My Password" link.
  • You will receive an e-mail in just a couple of minutes with instructions.
  • Please check your junk folder if the e-mail does not show up in your inbox.
 

Agent Email Box for Password Resets

For faster password resets, please email AllstateCS@nationalfloodservices.com and put your Agency ID in the Subject line. In the body of the email, please include the Agency Name, Address and phone number. Please be advised that you will receive an email with a complex password that will include 8 characters including 1 upper case letter, lower case letter, number and one special character{!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, (, ), _}. Check your junk/spam folder for the email if you do not see it in your inbox within a few minutes of the request.

 

How to Report a Claim
  • To report a new claim, please contact:
    Allstate Claims Call Center 1-800-54-STORM (1-800-547-8676).
      
  • To obtain a status on a reported flood claim, please contact:
    Allstate Claims at 1-888-202-3716.
 

First-time Users

If you are an agency principal and haven't received your log-in ID or password, please contact the Allstate Flood Contact Center at 1-800-527-2634.  At this time we will continue to issue flood log-in ID’s only to the agency owner.

  • Exclusive agents should add a leading zero (0) to their agent number to get their User ID.
  • Allstate Independent Agencies should replace the leading two (2) of their agent number with a zero (0) to get their User ID.
  • If the first attempt to enter your password based on the e-mailed hint fails, substitute TIN for SSN in the second half of the password.
  • If the message says "User ID is invalid" please call 1-800-527-2634.
